Introducing Calendar Sync

How often do you add all the people you meet with to your opportunities? If you’re like most of us the answer is never. Buying committees are on average 14-22 people, but most reps usually add 1 or 2 contacts to each opp, your champion and your Executive Buyer, and hardly ever add every single person they meet with to Salesforce. 

We want to make this easy to get a full view of your champions without the pain of logging each meeting and each contact in Salesforce. We’re excited to launch Calendar Sync which automatically adds every contact you meet with to Salesforce and will assign key contacts to opportunities if they have met with you a specific number of times! 

Not only does this save you time, but it also gives complete visibility into the buying committee so you can make better decisions when it comes to:

  • Analyzing buying committee data to inform your key personas for your next ABM campaign
  • Increasing number of engaged contacts in your CRM for champion tracking and marketing use cases
  • Powering accurate multi-touch attribution across all stakeholders in the buying committee, and not just the source of the first meeting

You need the right contact information to engage your former champions. We want to make sure we’re always improving on this front, so we’ve built a waterfall approach using AI to surface up more accurate emails.  

New Merger, Acquisition & Rebranding Detection

There’s a lot of consolidation happening in the market, making job change data extra noisy. If someone changes their LinkedIn to a parent company, it’s not the best signal of a job change. We want to keep our signals focused and high value so we’ve added new data improvements to ignore changes due to mergers, acquisitions, and rebrands.
